For certain requests, you may only need to read the information and express your opposition or non-opposition.Through the email and SMS received, you click on the link provided and you confirm your identity to register.As soon as you are registered, you log in and access the information documents, images or videos.Once you have read the information, you can decide by clicking yes or no, and sometimes answer certain questions to assess your understanding, then sign electronically in a simple and certified way.For certain more complex consent requests and for which the laws are more demanding, you may be asked by your doctor to carry out a video consultation and explain the information leaflet to you in more detail.To do this, you will be guided throughout by Dr Data Consent thanks to its appointment booking system to organize this exchange with your doctor, and you will receive important notifications on the application and by email.If you received a letter by post, you will find the information notice and a first introductory page which contains a short link that you can enter in a search bar in your browser, and a QR Code that you can to scan.As soon as this action is completed, you will access the registration and decision process as above.If you do not have access to digital means, you are free to respond at any time by mail to your hospital or healthcare professional.Talk to those around you, your doctor and your hospital.
